Information for Customers
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Fees are included for worldwide shipping. Please note that preparing your package will require some days once you place your order, for framing and packing it safely. You will be notified as soon as the artwork has been shipped and the expected delivery date.
FRAMES
Artworks are mounted on a simple frame to protect them during shipping. Feel free to replace it with your favourite frame once you receive your artwork. In case you have different requirements about the frame size, please contact us before placing your order, and we may be able to provide it mounted on a different background, in order to fit your own frame.
GLASS
Frames are supplied with a transparent plastic panel instead of real glass, to avoid the glass to brake during shipping. We suggest you to replace it with a glass panel once you receive your framed artwork.
PAPER
The artworks are made using high quality papers. However, paper as a material can suffer from humidity, dust and direct sunlight, as most paintings will do. Keep this in mind when deciding where to exhibit your favourite piece.
CUSTOMIZATION
Some artworks could be custom-made in different colours, sizes and “density” (how many times a given shape repeats itself all over the pattern). This will require some time to construct the new artwork, and the price will vary accordingly from the listed item. Please contact us for an estimate if you have special requirements for a custom-made artwork!
